Teambuilding, Tiering and Skills
Limited Repeat Skills - When building your rosters, each coach may allocate each individual skill a maximum of two times to their teams. This total is not impacted by skills that are on your roster as standard. For example, a Dark Elf team with four blitzers can still take block as a skill two more times.
Teams will receive cash (gp = gold pieces) for team building and, over and above this. Cash budget and skills for allocation are based on the following tiers:
Tier 1 - 1,100gp - 5 primary skills - No stacking - Amazons, Undead, Underworld
Tier 2 - 1,130gp - 5 Primary skills, 1 secondary skill - No stacking - Norse, Orcs, Skaven, Vampires, Wood Elves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, Humans, High Elves
