Rules for creating a roster
The budget is used to buy everything: players, rerolls, staff, inducements and skills.
You must spend at least 1,130,000 PO from the budget before buying skills.
No characteristic increases
No random skills
No skill stacking
No restrictions on the number of secondary skills.
A primary skill costs 20,000 gold. A secondary skill costs 40,000 gold
You must have 11 players in your squad before you can recruit a champion.

0-1 Mascot: 30K
0-1 Weather Mage: 30K
0-3 Bloodweiser: 50K
0-3 Bribes: 50K for ‘Bribe & corruption’ rosters, 100K for all others.
0-1 mortuary assistant: 100K for ‘spot of Sylvania’ rosters
0-2 plague doctor: 100K for ‘Nurgle favourites’ rosters.
0-1 Chef: 100K for the Halfeling roster, 300K for the others.
0-1 rampaging beginners: 100K for the Snotling roster
0-2 stars: At the purchase price of the rulebook including Errata. Please note that MegaStars are forbidden.
