General Structure
The Carcosa Cup is a 3-round resurrection tournament. Team rosters are fixed, and all casualties and injuries are repaired between rounds. This tournament uses the Blood Bowl 2020 rules and the NAF 2022 Tournament rules (or 2023 NAF rules, assuming they are released in January).
Roster and Skill Selection
Teams will be created using the World Cup 2023 rules (pages 2-4). However, this is an individual tournament rather than a squad-based tournament, so coaches may bring any team or stars they would like to without worrying about duplication.
