Tournament Rules:
Standard CRP & Sevens rules apply with some exceptions noted below. Sevens rules will be supplied to players. (Available here: http://www.thenaf.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/NAF_BB7s.pdf). NOTE THAT THE KICK OFF TABLE IS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT THAN REGULAR BLOOD BOWL.
Teams will resurrect at the end of each game. No SPPs, injuries or any roster changes carry over between games.
Illegal Procedure will not be enforced.
Games will have a maximum length of 1 hour and 30 minutes. Turn time limits may be imposed if a game is at risk of going over the 1.5 hour time limit.
Players must agree on cocked die rules, the use of dice cups and/or sharing dice at the start of the match.
If there are any disagreements or rules disputes, tournament organizers will be standing by to assist.
“Argue the Call” may be used, but remember that the coach is kicked out on a 1.
Team Formation:
Teams and skills may be purchased using 700,000 GC.
No stat increases allowed.
Four skills maximum, and only one double allowed. No players may have more than one bought skill.
No “Leader” skill allowed.
Per BB2016, “Piling On” is optional and will not be allowed at this tournament.
Star Players are not available.
Apothecaries, Babes, Igor, Bribes, and Fan Factor are all allowed as normal.
“Riotous Rookies” available to Snotling and Ogre teams.
Halfling Chefs are only available to Halfling teams.
Teams may be selected from any of the 26 current NAF tournament races (https://www.thenaf.net/tournaments/information/tournament-team-list/) plus Snotlings and Old World Alliance if the coach has the appropriate Spike! Magazine.
In Sevens, a team may not have more than 11 players on the roster. A team will only field 7 players at a time, except for use of “Riotous Rookies”.
In addition, only 4 “specialist” players (meaning any player whose availability is less than 0-12) may be selected.
Sevens teams are not very well-trained or reliable. Team rerolls cost double their listed cost. For example, a reroll for a human team would cost 100,000 GC. Teams are allowed a maximum of 2 rerolls.
