No player may receive more than 50k in skills
No player with Loner may receive skills
All inducements except cards are allowed
Rosters must have 11 players before stars
Both teams in a match may field the same star player if the situation arises.
Bonus: teams receive an additional Star Bonus allowance that can only be used towards star player hire. Tiers are based on performance stats at http://naf.talkfantasyfootball.org/lrb6.html and the Capital Shield spp allowances.
Tier 3 (300k bonus): halflings, ogres, goblins
Tier 2 (200k bonus): nurgle, underworld, vampires
Tier 1.5 (150k bonus): humans, high elves, khemri, chaos, chaos pact, slann.
Tier 1 (100k bonus): everyone else.
Six games Swiss over two days. Points and tiebreakers as per capital shield. Prizes will be supplied if budget allows!
