Afterwards, all are welcome to join for a meal at Rock City Brewing just around the corner.
Time Management
Before the match, talk to your opponent about which time management option to use. Choose one of the following:
Playing without a clock:
- The round will start when the draw is announced
- When the time for the end of the round is reached and the game is not finished, coaches will decide on an outcome or the organisation will do so for them
Playing with a clock:
- Both coaches get 1 hour and 5 minutes on the clock
- The clock only runs during (blitz) turns
- During breaks, setting up, kick-off, and rules questioning, the timer is paused
- If during your turn your opponent has to make a decision or roll dice, you may run their clock until they are done
- When your time is up, you may only set up and unstunn your players
If either coach wishes to play with a clock, they must provide the clock or app, and the other coach will have to play with the clock as well.
Team Building
Use gold following normal limitations and cost as per the 2025 (Season 3) Rulebook. Stat increases are limited to a maximum of 1 per player.

Tournament Progression: This edition is the third one of an ongoing ruleset where teams that are played successfully will get less team budget in the next edition. In addition, those gold coins will benefit future team budget for the teams who were underrepresented.
Casualties
Every player that leaves the pitch with a BH result or worse counts as a casualty for your opponent.
Scoring System
- Win: 40 points
- Draw: 20 points
- Loss: 0 points
- Touchdowns: +3 points maximum per Touchdown made
- Casualties: +3 points maximum per Casualty made
- Proper Defence: +2 points for 0 Touchdowns against
Tiebreakers
- Submitted a correct roster before the deadline
- Opponent score
- Net Touchdown + net Casualty
- Dice-off (best of 5)
Pairings
- First round will be random but you will not play anyone from your own hometown or league
- After the first round, it's Swiss pairing
Spot Prizes
There will be a spot prize for each first person achieving one of the following events:
- Triple skull
- Double skull reroll double skull
- Failing the rush for the Touchdown, resulting in a turnover
- Your pass gets intercepted
- Double 1 on a foul (AV or injury)
- Player sent off by Dodgy Snack event
Team Appearance
When you play with a team that is not fully painted with a minimal effort in basing, your opponent gains 3 free dedicated fans. This rule is not optional.
