Winter in Wrestleros is getting harsher. The war has reached the point of almost destroying the Seven Kingdoms. After the Dance of Goats, betrayals have devastated alliances, divided families, and pitted former allies against each other. Now in Wrestleros the battlefields are an all-against-all. And nobody even remembers why they are fighting anymore...
Loyalists and traitors clash in their struggle, and the fertile lands of Llobregat are watered with blood and orc-ish stuff. Within each House, betrayals raise power-hungry upstarts and end centuries-old lineages. The kingdom, and who knows whether the NAF cup, have changed hands so many times that the only constant is CHAOS.
IMPORTANT: The tables are narrow, the old BB board fits perfectly, but the new boards (large squares) stick out and are uncomfortable to play on. PLEASE BRING THE OLD BOARD IF YOU CAN.
IMPORTANT Since this is a team tournament, the number of teams must be even. Therefore, additional registrations will only be accepted if the final number of teams is even. For example, if there are 11 teams registered and a twelfth team is not found, the last team to pay will have their money refunded and will not be able to play.
Therefore, it is recommended to make the team payment (120€) as soon as possible to avoid being left out of the tournament.
Unlike previous editions, in this one the teams of 4 will be formed freely. Participants will register normally according to the payment instructions and the organization will assign them the House they belong to. The champions of each House from the last edition will be taken into account, so that each champion from the previous edition can represent their House again by forming a team. For the rest of the teams, they can express their preference for a House or vassal House and the organization will try to respect their preference.
In this edition, not only the main Houses will be used; since there will be more teams, secondary and vassal Houses will also be represented. For example, House Trujy are allies of the Stalls and fight under their banner, as the Potrells do with the Lonisters. Players will be free to seek vassal Houses and adjust their costumes accordingly.
At the tournament venue, cold and hot sandwiches will be served for breakfast, and you will be welcomed with a cup of hot spiced wine, bread, and salt, as dictated by the Law of Hospitality of Wrestleros.
Members of the Blockatheon family are famous for their impetuosity. They prove the saying about the player who first blocks, blocks, and then asks questions. They dethroned the feared Tongaryens years ago, but currently their supremacy is not assured.
The Stall family dominates the North. Its members have a reputation for being cold and calculating. With a precision in their game as sharp as the icy wind of their kingdom, few dare to dispute their possessions.
The Lonisters are renowned throughout Wrestleros for their immense luck. They don't need the ancient lineage of other Houses, nor displays of tactical skill. Many mock them behind their backs for their strategic shortcomings, but all of them eventually suffer their 6s, since everyone knows a Lonister always pays his debts...
The Greenjoints live isolated on their islands, concerned only with looting others' purses. However, years ago they were a respected family, who even attempted to rebel against the ruling power. Many say that beneath the mist of their kingdom, the ambition to seize the Throne still lurks.
The most dangerous House of all, which once dominated all of Wrestleros with its Blood Bowl arts, was persecuted and harassed by their enemies the Stalls and Blockatheons. Nowadays, they can no longer resort to their famous 12 players on the field, nor protest to the referee. However, they conspire eagerly to reclaim their legitimate seat on the Iron Throne.
