Teams have 1,150,000 gold pieces. Team Re-Rolls and Apothecaries are purchased as part of the roster and may not be purchased as inducements. No roster changes may be made after the first round begins.
Steelhelm's Sorting Emporium is launching a new line of blood bowl armor and are looking for the toughest mug in town to be their spokesperson. This has lead to a mass of players looking for the spotlight. With a million gold piece contract on the line everyone is gettin just a little bit more brutal and more and more matches are popping up as each town wants a piece of the action. Unfortunately, there are not enough stadiums to contain all the hopefuls and the standard apothecary staff has been stretched to the limit unable to find enough stretchers to drag the bodies off the pitch. But the fans don't care, they came to see blood bowl, and if there is more blood than bowl all the better.
Players that are knocked out are not removed from the pitch. Instead, replace the player with a Knocked Out Token. They remain on the pitch and occupy the square in which they went down as the stadium staff is too busy to drag them to the dugout. On your turn roll a D6 for each knocked out player on the pitch. On a roll of 4+ they wake up and become stunned. This roll cannot be modified by Kegs.
