Player Reception: 9:00-9:30
The first round will start at 9:30 AM, so we recommend arriving early to get everything set up. There are 15-minute breaks between rounds where results will be recorded to proceed to the next round. This break period is not for extending your matches; it is a period to grab something at the bar, take a smoke break, use the bathroom, etc., while administration sets up the next round. Matches will be played in 120-minute rounds. Please do your best to finish within that time to avoid delaying the start of the next round. When you finish, give absolute priority to submitting the results of each round so the organization has time to review them.
Late Arrival Penalties:
In case of default due to non-attendance, it will be recorded as a victory for the opponent with 2 Touchdowns for and 0 against, plus 2 casualties in their favor (for classification purposes). The commissioner may have substitute players available to replace casualties that may occur during the competition.
A painted team is one that is clearly seen to have had a minimum of work done. The organization reserves the right to apply this tiebreaker criterion; for example, a team might be brand new and virtually impossible to paint properly - we also want you to come play with your new toys.
Regarding casualties, all those suffered by the opposing team during match play count, meaning: missed Dodges, casualties caused by crowd violence, failed bombs, etc.
We will follow the regulations of the Eurobowl Poland: https://81ccd0e8d4.clvaw-cdnwnd.com/5c6 ... 81ccd0e8d4
