II "Blood Bowl Avilés" Tournament
Hello! From "Blood Bowl Avilés" we are organizing our 2nd tournament. The tournament will take place on Saturday 19/12/2026, will consist of 4 rounds, and we hope it will be NAF sanctioned.

Format
Swiss Resurrection format, with the following scoring system:
- Win: 7 points
- Draw: 3 points
- Loss: 1 point
- Concession: -10 points
- Ranking hierarchy: points > TD difference > casualty difference > TDs scored > casualties caused.

Gold and Team Value
Each team has a total amount of gold pieces (GP) to create its roster, depending on the "Tier" it belongs to (see Race Tiers section).
Teams must hire a minimum of 11 players before signing any Star Player.
Important:
- Any gold not spent during team creation is lost.
- For the purposes of Inducements and Prayers to Nuffle, all teams are considered to have the same Current Team Value (CTV).
Resurrection Format Rules
- No Star Player Points (SPP) are earned during the tournament.
- Injuries, casualties, and deaths are not carried over between matches.
- Players added during a match through special rules (Masters of Undeath, Plague Ridden, or the Vampire special rules) disappear at the end of the match and do not carry over to the next one.
Race Tiers and Skills
Teams are divided into 6 Tiers, according to their competitive level. Each team receives a different amount of gold and SPP to buy skills.
- Gold amounts range from 1,050,000 to 1,200,000 depending on Tier, with SPP allotments of 36, 44, 52, 58, 60, or 66 SPP.

Skill Rules
- Teams that can stack two skills on the same player paying the normal SPP cost: Humans, Bretonnia, Imperial Nobility, Tomb Kings, Chaos Dwarfs, Dwarfs.
- Teams that can stack two skills on two players paying the normal SPP cost: Norse, Chosen of Chaos, Black Orcs, Ogres.
- Teams that can access "STAR PLAYER": Bretonnia, Halflings, Gnomes, Norse.
- All skills must be chosen; random skills are not allowed.
- Stat increases are not allowed.
- Skills are purchased following the official rulebook costs:
- 1st primary skill: 6 SPP
- 1st secondary skill: 10 SPP
- 2nd primary skill: 8 SPP
- 2nd secondary skill: 12 SPP
- Elite skills cost 2 additional SPP. There is no limit on Elite skills per player.
Allowed Inducements
The following inducements can be purchased during team creation:
*Teams with the Bribery & Corruption rule pay only 50,000 per Bribe.
- Halfling Chef: Limit 0-1, Cost 300,000 (100,000 for Halfling team), restrictions: for Halfling team only
- Bloodweiser Kegs: Limit 0-2, Cost 50,000, no restrictions
- Bribes: Limit 0-3, Cost 100,000*, cannot be combined with players with Dirty Player (Sneaky Git)
- Wandering Apothecaries: Limit 0-2, Cost 100,000, no restrictions
- Mortuary Assistant: Limit 0-1, Cost 100,000, no restrictions
- Plague Doctor: Limit 0-1, Cost 100,000, no restrictions
- Team Mascot: Limit 0-1, Cost 25,000, no restrictions
- Riotous Rookies: Limit 0-1, Cost 100,000, Ogres and Snotlings only
- Star Players: Variable limit, see below for cost
Bribes obtained via the "Get the Ref" result on the kick-off table remain valid.
All inducements must be purchased during team creation. There is no inducement phase before each match.
Prohibited Inducements
No other inducement not expressly listed above is allowed. Death Zone inducements are also not allowed, except for Star Players.
Our Star Player
"Nora la explotadora" (Nora the Exploiter) is a Star Player exclusive to our league (Blood Bowl Avilés). Any team may include her in its roster.
Many years ago, a strange seal roamed the docks and streets of Avilés, appearing where no one expected her. Some swear that she was Nora, blessed by Nuffle and drawn to any spherical object she found. Over time she left the waters to jump onto the Blood Bowl pitch. Since then, no opponent manages to take the ball from her: it's hers and she knows it. Her sharp claws and tremendous strength knock down anyone who gets in her way, making her a true nightmare for opposing lines.
To use "Nora" in applications or rosters, add "Nora" as if she were "Helmut" (Chainsaw) and specify to the opponent that those 140k are to use "Nora".

Star Player Restrictions
- Star Players cannot receive additional skills with team SPP.
- No Star Player may appear more than once within the same roster.
- They can only be hired after having signed at least 11 regular players.
- Star Players that must be hired in pairs count as a single Star pick, even though they occupy two slots in the team roster.
- If both teams have hired the same Star Player, both may use them. No Star Player is banned for this reason (as long as the team in question may use them according to the rules), and the agility roll modifiers for Jordell Freshbreeze (the only usable AG 1+ Elf in the tournament) apply as recommended by the NAF: if he Dodges into a square with 3 tackle zones he goes to 4+, if he picks up the ball in a square with two tackle zones he goes to 3+, etc.
Registration
Registration is 15 euros and is for NAF players. This includes:
- Participation in the tournament.
- "Blood Bowl Avilés" trophy for the winner.
- Wooden Spoon (winner of the last round on the last table).
- Two 6-sided dice from the tournament.
- "Blood Bowl Avilés" coin.
- "Nora La Explotadora" figure.
- Raffle of some sweets at the end of the event.
