This is a single-elimination tournament with variable participation. The tournament continues until only one coach remains willing to play.
Objective
Last coach standing wins, regardless of total wins accumulated.
Tournament Flow
After each round, remaining coaches decide whether to continue or withdraw.
The tournament continues as long as at least 2 coaches wish to play.
If only 1 coach remains willing to continue, they play one final game against a reserve coach, then the tournament ends.
If all remaining coaches withdraw simultaneously, the winner is the coach with the most wins (wins are the first tiebreaker, followed by World Cup tiebreakers in order).
Game Requirements
All games must be fully played for coaches to advance.
Coaches are not allowed to agree on early draws to gain extra rest or food time.
If a coach concedes a game, they are eliminated and cannot continue in the tournament.
