With registration, participants will receive the following gifts, in addition to being eligible for all raffles held during the tournament:
The tournament will take place on Saturday, September 12.
09:00 - 09:30 > Entry to the venue with "Tournament Ticket"
09:30 - 11:45 > First Round
11:45 - 14:00 > Second Round
14:00 - 15:30 > Lunch break
15:30 - 17:45 > Third Round and prize ceremony at the end
Access to the commercial area will not be allowed until 10:00, which is the opening time for the general public, unless the special ticket granting access at 9:00 is purchased, in which case the player will enter at 9:00 with the rest of the people holding that ticket, and it will be their responsibility to be at their corresponding game table at 9:30.
The tournament will take place on the upper floor.
Anyone who arrives at their table 5 minutes after the round start will automatically lose the coin toss and must choose whether their opponent starts by receiving the kick-off. If a person arrives more than 10 minutes after the start of the round, they will start the match with 1 TD against them. If a person arrives more than 15 minutes after the start of the round, it will be considered that they have conceded the match (2-0).
All matches must be finished as soon as the referees announce that the round has ended. Those who have a play that could CLEARLY and QUICKLY become a TD (that is, in that turn or the next one, no more) must hurry as much as possible to complete it, making strictly the movements and rolls necessary to achieve it. To avoid having to close a match, players are recommended to be quick in their turns or to use the "old" 4-minute rule per turn (which can be used if one of the players requests it). Warnings about remaining round time will be given at 1 hour, 30 minutes, 10 minutes, 5 minutes, and round closure. At this point, the referees will begin closing matches from the last table towards the first tables; once a referee closes a match, this decision is irrevocable and the result at the time of closure will be recorded in the minutes. If the same person has more than one match cut off in this way, the referees may decide to deduct 5 points for violating this rule.

TEAM CREATION (ROSTER):
Players will be ranked according to the points obtained during the 3 rounds, managed through the BBTOURNAMENTS website, courtesy of Eu4ico: BBTOURNAMENTS
In case of ties, the following tiebreakers will be used in this order:
All injuries suffered for any reason (tackles, fouls, dodges, etc.) during the matches will count towards the total number of casualties and will disappear at the end of each match. Necromantic, Undead, and Nurgle teams may raise zombies as usual, only usable in that match.
Matches will last a maximum of one hour, with the organization able to give some extra time depending on the situation, circumstances, and if deemed appropriate, but this will not be the general rule. Players may use the four-minute rule as long as an hour and a quarter has passed since the scheduled round start time and the first half has not finished (one player requesting it is enough).
Referees will act as judges in case times and match starts are not respected, and may penalize the player with some punishment at their discretion.
At the end of the tournament, the following prizes will be awarded:
Prizes are not cumulative; if someone were to receive a second prize, it will be given to the next best-ranked player in the same category.
