The tournament will be played over one day, a total of 4 matches per person, following the Swiss system. In the first round, matches will be drawn randomly, while in the following rounds, 1st will play against 2nd, 3rd against 4th... following the ranking points. In case of a repeated pairing against the same opponent, the organization will look for other opponents in similar ranking positions. THERE WILL BE NO FINAL.
The schedule will be as follows:
Punctuality is requested for the good progress of the tournament:
The tournament will be played with the Navybowl rules from the following link: https://smallpdf.com/es/file#s=9ffad0b0 ... becb025f22
And the BB2025 rulebook, as well as the official FAQs published by GW and the NAF FAQ clarifications approved by the NAF as of 15/03/2026.
Coaches have 1,050,000 gold coins to build their roster.
All inducements are allowed except special cards, mercenaries, giants, and Nuffle's prayers.
Depending on the theoretical competitiveness of the team, additional benefits have been granted:
If any irregularity is discovered in team creation (intentional or not) during the tournament, it will result in a penalty of up to 20 points in the final standings.
Participants will play the entire tournament with the same roster: no additional experience is gained during matches. Also, all injuries suffered by our team's players during matches, including death, will disappear at the end of each match. The team is rebuilt as it was at the start of the tournament. Still, doctors can be useful for recovering injured or even unconscious players during the match.
The pirate life is the best life: If you bring a pirate-themed team, you will receive an assistant coach for your team's roster.
This system will be the deciding factor for the champion. Teams will be ranked using these factors: points, sum of opponents' points, touchdown difference, casualties difference, touchdowns for, casualties for. The tournament's points system is as follows:
There will be prizes for Champion, Runner-up, Third place, and for the "Freshwater Pirate" (last place).
All players should keep in mind that these kinds of events serve to play our favorite game and meet people different from those we play with during a weekend. Seeking "champions" is a byproduct of this situation, and what is really sought is to enjoy the game. The biggest point of friction is usually the rules, so in case of doubt, they will be consulted, and if for some reason the rulebook does not cover a certain aspect, and the referees themselves cannot give an answer, the situation will be decided by each player rolling a die, the one who rolls higher is right. The maximum duration of matches will be two hours, with the organization able to give some extra time depending on the situation, circumstances, and if deemed appropriate, but this is not the general rule. Players are expected to be punctual in attending the rounds set by the organization, with the possibility of declaring players withdrawn if they do not attend their round or if their delay harms the good progress of the tournament for the rest of the participants.
It is the players' responsibility to remember and keep track of the following situations:
Whenever possible, the situation will be returned to the point where the roll was forgotten within the same turn; however, if the situation is detected after scoring a TD and picking up the players, the score will be valid for all purposes.
