These schedules are designed to finish early so people can go back to their families or wherever they want as soon as possible, so the schedules will be strict and there will be no mercy for latecomers. If you don't want to listen to me, you have 50 minutes and you know what you have to do.
The BB25 ruleset will be used with all NAF updates up to the moment rosters are submitted.
Teams must be composed of a minimum of 11 players. No stars may be hired for any tier.
A maximum of two skills can be assigned to each player. To stack skills, none of them can be an elite skill. Example: you cannot stack Defensive Tackle and Mighty Blow, but you can stack Defensive Tackle and Frenzy.
Tier 1: 1,050,000 gold coins and 5 single skills + 1 double skill (the double can be a single if desired) Old World Alliance, High Elves, Amazons, Wood Elves, Humans, Underworld, Undead, Imperial Nobility, Norse, Orcs, and Skaven
Tier 2: 1,050,000 gold coins and 6 single skills + 1 double skill (both or one of the doubles can be singles if desired) Bretonnia, Dark Elves, Dwarves, Chaos Dwarves, Lizardmen, Khemri, Necromantic, Elven Union, Vampires
Tier 3: 1,100,000 gold coins and 6 single skills + 2 double skills (both or one of the doubles can be singles if desired) Chaos Chosen, Khorne, Nurgle, Black Orcs, Chaos Renegades, and Slann
Stunty Tier: 1,150,000 gold coins and 6 single skills + 2 double skills (both or one of the doubles can be singles if desired) Goblins, Halflings, Ogres, Gnomes, and Snotlings
New Generation of Emerging Star Players: To make your player an emerging star player who will fight for immortality, you must choose a player from your team who has not been assigned skills corresponding to the tiers. This emerging star player will have: two single skills, one double skill, and one attribute increase for Tiers 1, 2, and 3. The STUNTY tier will have two emerging star players, one of them must be a Big Guy which will have: two single skills, one double skill, and one attribute increase. The Big Guy player can use one of the SINGLE skills to cancel one of the player's skills, Take Root, Really Stupid... whichever they want. The other emerging star player will be a Stunty which will have: one single skill, two double skills, and one attribute increase. (THE DOUBLES OF THE EMERGING STAR PLAYERS CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR A SINGLE IF DESIRED) All captains must comply with: (ONE OR MORE OF THE SKILLS MUST BE SKILLS NEWLY INCLUDED IN THE NEW BB25 RULESET)
Get Out of My Way, I Got This: As last year, the emerging star players, while not gaining much else, are packed full of arrogance so they again gain the LONER (3+) rule; if they already have it as base, they will use their Loner in case it's better than (3+)
No Money for More: Keeping young emerging stars for humble teams is usually very expensive and most of the team's funds are spent on their fee, so no team may buy a star player
Chosen of the Aguaviva Goddess: As in the previous edition, a count will be kept of experience points earned by each team's emerging star players. Whoever ends the tournament with the most experience points will be named Chosen of the Goddess. For STUNTY teams, coaches must decide and inform the organizer before the tournament which "emerging star" player will have their feats tracked. Only one of them will be tracked. (THE CHOSEN PLAYER OF THE STUNTY TEAM WILL BE NOTED SO WE KNOW WHICH ONE YOU CHOSE)
STAR POINTS TABLE:
In each round of the tournament, during the match there will be a special event that can only be won by being the first to perform the action in each round.
The winners of these events will win some colorful block dice
If there's something we like at Aguaviva, it's personalizing the tournament, so this time, like last year, we will have a customized weather table for the Beast Forest climate: This table is MANDATORY TO USE.
Aguaviva Weather Table:
All teams must be represented by appropriate miniatures (rocks, Minions, Smurfs, or passing off elves as orcs, for example, are not valid) and must have player positions clearly differentiated. It will not be mandatory for the team to be painted.
At the start of the tournament, a pair of dice will be given to all players. These dice are MANDATORY FOR USE DURING THE TOURNAMENT, although players may by mutual agreement use whichever dice they want, but in case someone disagrees, the dice provided by the organization must be used. Dice from past Aguavivas are "legally" valid just like those from the current edition, so their use does not require opponent approval.
