Skill Stacking Limits
Tier 1 & 2:
Tier 3 & 4:
To encourage roster variety and prevent overly optimised builds, certain skills are restricted.
Elite Skills
Teams may purchase a maximum of Elite Skills from this list per tier:
Special Rule: For Underworld Denizens and Skaven, Two Heads counts as an Elite Skill toward the cap.
Note: Skills already printed on a player's profile (e.g. Dwarf Block) do not count toward this limit. No player may receive more than 2 additional skills.
Minimum Roster Requirement
Teams must have at least 11 standard players before adding any Star Players.
Non-Stunty Teams
Non-Stunty teams may hire a maximum of one (1) Star Player.
Stunty Teams (Tier 3 & 4)
Stunty teams may hire any Star Players available to their team, including Mega-Stars. This is intended to give Stunty teams a fighting chance against larger rosters.
Teams may purchase inducements during roster creation using their 1,150,000 GP budget. Teams do not receive additional inducements based on team value differences.
Bribes
Halfling Master Chef
Riotous Rookies
Any gold left unspent is lost and cannot be used to generate inducements before a match.
Scoring follows the Tourplay standard configuration.

Tiebreakers (in order)
If an event is advertised as an NAF-sanctioned event, the following also apply:
Painting Requirement (NAF Events Only)
All models must have a minimum of three colours and be based.
For non-sanctioned local events, unpainted models are welcome (though we always encourage a bit of colour on the pitch).
Unless otherwise stated, these rules remain the core MMG roster format.
Player Responsibility
Coaches are responsible for remembering their own skills, abilities, and effects. If a rule or ability is forgotten and play has moved on, it is considered missed.
Dice and Cocked Rolls
Dice that are cocked, off the table, or unclear must be re-rolled. If both coaches cannot clearly read a result, it should be rolled again.
Sportsmanship
Blood Bowl is competitive but should always be enjoyable. Coaches are expected to play in good spirit and resolve disagreements politely. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the organiser's decision is final.
