This is a 3 round individual tournament where coaches play against each other in each round. Players compete using their registered rosters, with all injuries and deaths cleared after each match.
Ruleset
The tournament will be played under:
Blood Bowl 2025 Official Rules
GW's FAQ's
NAF's 2025 FAQ
Teams of Legends
NAF's additional races' rosters
The organization reserves the right to change the rules according to NAF decisions if they occur in official documents. No changes will take place after the registration period ends.
Round Structure
First round: Randomly sorted
Following rounds: Swiss Draw
Time & Clock
Each round has a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes
Each game must be played with a chessclock (app or physical), owned by the coaches
Each coach has 1 hour, 7 minutes, and 30 seconds to play their turns and actions
A coach cannot perform voluntary actions if they run out of time (e.g., cannot attempt to intercept a pass), but must still roll armor and injury rolls if an opposing player is knocked down
If a player runs out of time, their opponent cannot share their time
The round ends when the time on the big screen ends; any rolls after that are not considered, and the score is frozen at that moment
If the chessclock time exceeds the big screen time, the big screen time prevails
It is recommended that the chessclock never stops, even during referee intervention
Coaches can make pre-match rolls and deploys before the clock starts (after pairings are drawn and both coaches are ready), but cannot start the first turn or Blitz before the official round start
If a coach is delayed arriving at the table, that delay time is subtracted from their time pool

Fair Play
Each coach must use the dice offered by the tournament and those placed at each table
Coaches must share dice if requested
Dice with bases that are not totally settled are considered "cocked" and must be re-rolled
Any player dropping out from rounds is not eligible for prizes
Any player conceding a match without proper cause will be banned from this event and its future editions
Miniatures & Paint
Painted miniatures are not mandatory, though strongly encouraged
Miniatures do not have to be original Games Workshop models
Miniatures must be:
Approximately scaled to match the roster's race and players (e.g., a Norse thrower must look like a Norse thrower)
Representative of fantasy football, not allusive to other themes
Easily distinguishable by positional type
Suggested Color-Coded Base System (if needed)
Grey / None: Lineman
Red: Blitzer
Green: Blocker
White: Thrower
Yellow: Catcher, Runner
If your opponent cannot easily recognize different player types on your team, you must allow them to mark the models somehow without damaging miniatures or paint (e.g., bottle caps or colored rings).
Skill Rings
All miniatures with additional skills must be identified using skill rings
The tournament will lend skill rings at check-in if you don't have them (arrive early to request them)
Skill Ring Color Scheme
Blue - Block
Yellow - Dodge
Green - Guard
Red - Mighty Blow
Orange - Tackle
White - Wrestle
Pink - Sure Hands
Purple - Frenzy
Other - Any different skill from the above (warn your opponent)
