Draft your team using the Matched Play rules, except as described below.
Your team must be a legal Blood Bowl team before adding any skills or inducements.
Your team must have at least 11 players before adding any Star Player.
SP may be spent on Primary Skills (1 SP) or Secondary Skills (1 SP).
Up to 1 SP may be spent to add 20k GP draft budget.
SP must also be spent on inducing Star Player(s), as described later.
Added Elite Skills also costs 10k GP. Otherwise, skills do not cost GP or add TV.
For each added Secondary Skill, you must have added at least 3 Primary Skills.
Statistic improvements and random Skills cannot be added.
There is no restriction on Skill duplication within the team.
Tier 4+ teams may have any number of players with 2 added Skills.
Other teams may not have more than 1 added Skill per player.
Any unspent Draft Budget is lost.
Teams do not get additional pre-game Inducements based on CTV difference.
Any players added to a team, or SPP gained, during a match are lost at the end of the match.
The following inducements are available to teams that fit their criteria. Quantity and prices may be adjusted (!).
0-1! Prayer to Nuffle 25k !
0-1 Team Mascot 50k !

0-2 Blitzer’s Best Keg 50k
0-3 Bribe 100k*

0-1 Infamous Coaching Staff: Josef Bugman 100k
* These inducements have reduced cost for certain teams. The maximum quantity is not increased.
Note that Prayers to Nuffle are random and some affect which actions grant SPP.
This may affect which Casualties you need to track during the match.
Each team must induce 1-2 Star Player(s). You can induce 1 Mega-Star for 3 SP. Otherwise, you can induce 1-2 other Star Player(s) for 2 SP each. Star Players that are hired as a pair count as a single inducement and only cost SP once. Note that your team including star players may not exceed 16 players.
Besides costing SP, Star Players also cost gold pieces. The gold cost, availability, and Mega-stardom of Star Players is different from normal for this event, as recorded in our Bloodstorm.nl Star Player List.

If two opposing teams have induced the same Star Player, that Star Player does not play during this match for either team. This match also does not count towards their matches played for any Side Bets.
This event is part of a tournament series. After each event, the gold cost (and possibly availability) of each Star Player will be adjusted based on their presence and performance.
Side Bets:
Before the first match, each coach places side bets on two different Star Players present at the event that they themselves did not hire: one to win and one to lose.
After the final match, the ‘average result’ of each Star Player is calculated, as the sum of +1 per match they won and -1 per match they lost, divided by the number of matches played by that Star Player (draws add 0). If the average result is at least +0.33 the result is a win, if it is -0.33 or less the result is a loss, any other result is a draw.
Per correct side bet (i.e. that Star Player won or lost as predicted), the coach gains 5 Event Points.
Errata:
With a new edition, come new rule oversights. Most of these are harmless enough, but some require a tournament errata until GW provides an official errata.
Pg. 33 Modifying Dice Rolls - add the following to the last paragraph:
“For any Agility Test, the score on a D6 can be modified below 1.”
