As per NAF Regulations for Tournaments 2026 4.3.7c the Stalling rule as presented on page 80 of the BB2025 rulebook is optional.
✭ GENERAL RULES ✭
During the event TO may be called upon to settle disputes that cannot be amicably resolved by referring to the rulebook. The TO's ruling will be made in good faith and, in all cases, is final.
If a coach is not at the table by 5 minutes into the round their opponent gains a free bribe. After 15 minutes the match may count as a concession at the discretion of the TO
Custom dice should be easily readable and explained to the opponent before the game
If a DX has a non-numbered side it must replace the highest side (e.g. the 6 on a D6)
All cocked dice are to be rerolled unless perfectly flat on the table
Coaches must rotate players to show they have been activated
Coaches are encouraged to place players face up on the pitch for prone and face down for stunned. The only exception is to mark / replace the player with a token if they don’t fit on the square when lying down.
Once a player has rolled a dice it commits the player to that action and cannot be taken back
