Every team gets their own tier and TV to spend on players and skills. Minimum 11 players before stars can be induced. Primary skills cost 20k and Secondaries 40k. One stack is allowed. If both teams have a rostered player with Leader then none of the teams can use that skill.
A special Swedish west coast weather table is used:
