Teams will be created using the current ruleset on the tournament day, including all current errata and the latest NAF Annual. Each team receives 1,150,000 Gold for team creation. This money may only be spent on team creation, which means purchasing players, sideline staff, rerolls, allowed inducements, and Dedicated Fans.
Allowed Inducements:
Riotous Rookies: If money is spent on Riotous Rookies, these players are rolled individually before each match in the opponent's presence. If you use this inducement, ensure you have appropriate identifiable and painted player models available.
Banned Star Player: Hakflem Skuttlespike is not permitted. Star Players that can only be purchased as a team count as one Star Player selection but occupy 2 roster slots.
Each team has a separate budget for additional upgrades based on their tier level:
Tier 1 - 120,000 Gold
Tier 2 - 140,000 Gold
Tier 3 - 170,000 Gold
Tier 4 - 190,000 Gold

Budget Flexibility: If a team does not wish to spend the entire upgrade budget, they may increase the initial team creation budget with that money. This does not work in reverse.
Tiebreaker:
The following prizes are awarded:
Four tournaments are planned per year (Winter Bowl, Spring Bowl, Summer Bowl, and Fall Bowl). The total points earned across all four tournaments determine the "Master of the Seasons" title. This title is only awarded to participants in the final tournament of the year.
Best Stunty Award: The following teams are classified as Stunty teams:
The award is given according to the above scoring system, but only if at least 2 Stunty teams are registered. Otherwise, the scoring is based on Stunty points. In this case, the award is renamed "Best Team with Stunty Players" and reported to the NAF as a special award. Stunty points can be earned by players with the Stunty rule on any team (including non-Stunty teams):
Zombie Resurrection: Coaches of Undead and Necromantic teams may attempt to summon a Zombie as described in the rules. This Zombie remains for the match and leaves the team immediately after the game.
Casualties: Only Block Casualties count towards scoring (this includes Ball & Chain casualties). All other casualties (such as kick-off, crowd push, secret weapons, fouls) do not count.
