Disputes should be handled calmly and professionally, and any appeals or concerns should be directed through proper channels.
Mental and Physical Health: Blood Bowl is meant to be an enjoyable and engaging activity. If at any time the competition begins to feel overwhelming, take a break (Please notify an Official/Volunteer if you do so). We encourage all participants to listen to their bodies and minds and to step away if necessary. Remember to balance your participation with self-care.

Respect the efforts of all participants, regardless of their skill level or experience.
If you have a dispute with another participant, approach them calmly and respectfully. If the issue cannot be resolved directly, notify a tournament official who will mediate the situation.
Avoid escalating conflicts or engaging in disruptive behaviour that could interfere with the tournament’s progress.
Gold Coast Cup welcomes players of all genders and is committed to maintaining an environment where everyone feels equally valued. Harassment or discrimination based on gender will result in immediate action by the tournament organizers.
We welcome players with disabilities and strive to make the tournament as accessible as possible. If you require accommodations, please contact the organizers ahead of time so we can assist you appropriately.
Discriminatory comments or actions based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other personal characteristic will not be tolerated. This applies both during and outside of matches, including in tournament-related communications, social media posts, or any other form of interaction related to the event.
Be mindful of language and behavior that may alienate or offend others. We want all participants to feel safe and included in this community.
Encourage new players to feel comfortable and welcome. Share tips, advice, and strategies in a friendly and constructive manner, and be supportive of those who are still learning the game.
Embrace the diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences of fellow participants. This diversity enhances the competitive experience and contributes to making the Blood Bowl community stronger and more vibrant.
