Tier 1 – Five primary skills
Tier 2 – Six primary skills and one secondary skill
Tier 3 – Seven primary skills and two secondary skills
Each player can have a maximum of two skills. Each skill can only be taken twice except for block and dodge, which can each be taken four times
A team must have 11 players on the roster before hiring any star players.
