*No Normal Skill can be selected more than 2 times for the whole roster.

*Bribes may be purchased at standard rates:
50k for Goblins, 100k for all others. Maximum that can be purchased for the team at team creation is 3 ALTHOUGH you may get more as the event goes on.

INDUCEMENTS:
Should you wish to gamble and take a chance on using inducements, it is possible. You may build a team of less than the tournament value in the hopes that you are matched with an opponent that has a higher team value. The following inducements ONLY are in effect:
Bribes: This may be combined with bribes purchased during team creation. So for example, a goblin team purchases 3 bribes for the team during creation. Then in the first match, he happens to get 50K in inducements so he can get a 4th bribe for the match.

That's enough extra inducement rules to think about. Everything else is not allowed. And just in case it's not clear enough, star players as inducements is not allowed. You must have a copy of the DZ2 rules on you, or a print out of what they are, in order to use the DZ2 inducements.
TOURNAMENT RULES

• Illegal Procedure will not be used.
• Turns are to be coaches pace for the first half and the 4 min. turn timer for the second half.
• Sharing dice is required if your opponent requests it
• Rosters reset after every round. This means that
injured players are restored to health and players
gained through Raise the Dead are lost.
This also means that there are no earnings
or Fan Factor increases.
Nuffle's Wyld Special Rules!
Here at Nuffle's Wyld Grand Casino and Gaming Resort, we throw our fate to Nuffle who then smiles and rolls the dice for us. If you're playing at this locale, you're gonna have to gamble a little but my friends. The local gaming commission prohibits actual gold to be used during matches so we're giving you some poker chips blessed by Nuffle himself. Here's how they work:
One one side of each chip you will see a Bribe sticker. Feel free to use this as a bribe token in future games or this one. This has no actual game effect on the tournament today. We just wanted you to have something you might use later on.
On another side is some custom art work courtesy of yours truly. You'll see a goblin head, an ace of spades, and a flying turtle. This is where Nuffle's Wyld comes into play. Before each match, both you and your opponent will secretly choose and reveal a poker chip at the same time. The effect on the rest of the game is based on the combination that was revealed. It does not matter who has which symbol. Just use the combination of symbols for the effect. Here are the possible outcomes:
Goblin Head + Goblin Head: “Marbles Everywhere” all players are -1 MA
Flying Turtle + Flying Turtle: “Butter Soaked Field” delicious however, -1 on all pass and pick up attempts
Ace of Spades + Ace of Spades: “Juiced” All injury rolls are -1 in addition to any other modifiers
Goblin Head + Flying Turtle: “Bouncy Castle Pitch” any player with the stunty skill receives +1 AV
Goblin Head + Ace of Spades: “Cardboard Pads” all players receive Mighty Blow (if they already have it, no effect)
Flying Turtle + Ace of Spades: “Sticky Hands” all players receive +1 to pick up and catch
Additionally, Nuffle's Wyld gives you an extra team reroll you may use after all other rerolls are exhausted. You get one per half. The catch to using this reroll is that it's a gamble. When attempting to use it, roll a D6. On a 3+ you get to use it. On a 1 or 2, the reroll fails and it causes a turn over (and it still counts as used).
