Each round a draft takes place and coaches choose which of these teams they want to take for that round only. Coaches may not pick the same team twice. Coaches will pick in a random order for the first round. If 2 coaches select the same team then neither may play them and they must choose again. After round 1, the 2 lowest ranked coaches choose first, then the next 2 lowest and so on. For rounds 1 and 3, coaches will add 2 skills to the rosters rolled on a chart. These skills stay with the team for the whole tournament. For rounds 2 and 4 coaches choose a random special play card which again remains with the team.
