This tournament is the second leg of a regional league of six tournaments.
All 6 tournaments will have same rules (the ones to be used in the new world cup).
The house rule for this tournament will be:
"Fools' luck (Giangi Style)": only once per match each player can decide to use this bonus rule and, when blocking two (or three) dices under and opponent, he can roll a dice and with a result off 4+ (re-rollable) on that dice he will chose the result of the block dices instead of his opponent, with 1-3 the choice is left to opponent. as usual.
N.B.It has to be declared the use of this rule before rolling for the block.
