Tier One teams: 105TV
Tier Two teams: 110TV
Tier Three teams: 115TV
Tier Four teams: 120TV
Teams can buy up to two 'extra' skills, which can be doubles, at cost price.
Teams then choose another six skills, one of which can be a double, and assign them to players. These six skills are numbered 1 to 6, and a random roll will be made each round. Every player then assigned the skill rolled will get it from that round on.
