Modeling Requirements
We play with fully painted models – a minimum of three colors, excluding the primer and the color of the plastic. Models must be easily identifiable for your opponent, with any additional skills clearly marked.
Chess Clocks
If either player in a pair wishes to use a clock, the clock is mandatory. If you notice your opponent playing too slowly, feel that you might not finish in time, or think you are getting less time due to their slow play – suggest using a clock early enough and split the remaining time equally between both players. The end of the round means the end of the round. The tournament organizer will not adjudicate whose fault it was that a match went unfinished. The remaining round time will be displayed on a TV screen, so make sure to manage your time to avoid any post-match regrets.
The organizer does not provide chess clocks. We recommend using the clock feature from the BB Coach Assistant app.

Registration
How to register a team: One member of the team must post the team name along with its 3-player roster here. Saving slots for single individuals is not allowed – assemble your team first, then register.
First-come, first-served (with a catch): Registration order matters, BUT your spot is only confirmed once the entry fee is paid. If the entry fee is not paid within one week, the team will be moved to the bottom of the list.
Entry Fee: 500 PLN per person, which means 1,500 PLN per team. The captain of each team should transfer the full amount. Please send exactly one transfer per team.
Important! Starting from the 10th team onwards, registrations will only be accepted in even numbers. For example, if an 11th team registers and pays, they will wait for a 12th team to sign up. If a 12th team does not join, a full refund will be issued.
Important!! The entry fee is non-refundable. If your team falls apart, you must find replacements yourself (though we will, of course, try to help you find someone).
What is included in the price?
Two nights of accommodation in 3-person en-suite rooms at the Mikstat Las resort.
Five meals: Friday (BBQ at the pre-party), Saturday (breakfast, lunch, evening BBQ at the afterparty), Sunday (breakfast). Meat and vegetarian options available.
Tournament participation.
Note: Alcohol, drinks, and snacks must be brought by attendees individually in sufficient quantities. There is no shop or bar available on-site.
