The Three Counties Bloodbowl Doubles
Welcome to this rulepack for the Three Counties tournament. A one day, three game doubles event based in Worcester. Run by WBBL, this is a celebration of all that makes up Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
Our goal is to provide a Home Counties/Eurobowl warm up for coaches. For those who aren't able to attend those events, it gives a chance to sample the rules, of what are some of the Tournament Calendars' top International events.
The Lowdown

What if I don't have someone to play with? Solo coaches are more than welcome. We will find a teammate for you!

The Venue
Location: St Swithin’s Institute, The Trinity, Worcester, WR1 2PN
Referred to as a ‘Village Hall in the City’, the event will be held on the second floor, which has capacity for 50 coaches if needed.
Getting there!
If you wish to catch public transport, Worcester Foregate Street Station is approximately a 10 min walk from the venue. The Crowngate Bus Station is about the same distance.
There are two nearby car parks; St Martins Gate and the Cornmarket.
Accessibility
The venue is accessible via stairs which lead to a ground floor and then stairs which lead to the second floor. There is a stair lift to the second floor and an accessible entrance to the venue.
There are toilets on the ground floor, with a separate disabled loo. If you have any requirements that we need to consider for the day, or that aren’t mentioned above, please contact queenofspawns@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.
A quick note
This is still a very new edition, with certain questions and interpretations of the ruleset floating around. On the day, if GW haven’t provided a more comprehensive one, we’ll be using the NAF Recommendations and Guidance doc, as per the Eurobowl rulespack. This will help steer the TOs decisions on certain contentious rules. We will set a cutoff to any GW or NAF docs a week before the event.
With all of this in mind, please be more understanding than usual with your opponent. Do not be “That Guy”. This is meant to be a game both people enjoy! The Bloodbowl Community is one of the more welcoming ones around, so I’ve no doubt we will be fine.
If you have any worries about rules not covered by the NAF Guidance or rulebook, please talk them over with your opponent whilst you are explaining your teams, or during your game. If in doubt, call over a TO, who will be happy to make a ruling. If that fails, we will follow The Most Important Rule.
