The tournament will be run on a resurrection basis. Each coach must decide on their rosters for each round prior to the start of the tournament and bring two copies to their games. Each team will receive a budget to create their roster and an additional number of skills to allocate to players for each round, depending on the race’s tier. Injuries do not carry over from game to game, and no SPPs are awarded.
Each team will have 1150K gold to spend on roster building. Skill points are distributed based on team tiers

Purchasing skills:
Purchasing a primary skill will cost 1 skill point. Purchasing a secondary skill will cost 2 skill points. Teams are limited to the number of secondary skills they can purchase depending on their tier.
Each player can only be given a single additional skill. There is no limit to the number of times a skill can be chosen, except for elite skills (see 2025 rulebook), which can only be taken a maximum of four times for each particular elite skill. Star players cannot be given additional skills under any circumstances.
Skills purchased for players do not add to a player’s value and will not increase team value

Tier 3: Max 2 secondary skills, may spend 2 skill points to induce a star player (can spend max 2 skill points on star players, no mega stars are allowed)
