A Quick Note
This is still a very new edition, with certain questions and interpretations of the ruleset floating around. On the day, if GW haven’t provided a more comprehensive one, we’ll be using the NAF Guidance document. This will help steer our decisions on certain contentious rules.
With all of this in mind, please be more understanding than usual with your opponent. Do not be “That Guy”. This is meant to be a game both people enjoy! The Bloodbowl Community is one of the more welcoming ones around, so I’ve no doubt we will be fine.
If you have any worries about rules not covered by the NAF Guidance or rulebook, please talk them over with your opponent whilst you are explaining your teams, or during your game. If in doubt, call over a TO, who will be happy to make a ruling. If that fails, we will follow The Most Important Rule.

Underdogs (Star players)
Underdogs (Star players)
Due to Flood Bowl being in its first year and not yet having the notoriety of other events, only the following Star Players are available— they're the only ones willing (or desperate) enough to come!
And even then, the organisers have paid their fees!!!
Each team, after rostering 11 players from their team, has access to one of the following Underdog Star Players for free. Tier 4 and 5 Teams have access to two. These Star Players are able to play for any team. On Tourplay, this will be represented as an extra 10k available to each team to purchase them (can't make them free on TP). If available to play, these Underdog Star Players must be set up on the pitch—the organisers want their monies’ worth!
Akhorne The Squirrel
Barik Farblast
Gretchen Wachter
Guffle Pussmaw
Rashnak Backstabber

Kick-off Table differences
2 - Thrown Pear: Fan Factor+D6 roll off. Loser has one of Worcester's famous Black Pears thrown at their team. One player on their team randomly becomes prone and stunned. In the event of a tie, both teams are affected.
12 - Flooding River - The River Severn has flooded the pitch, washing almost everything away as both the crowd and players cling on for dear life. Both players randomly select a player on the pitch on their team. That player is washed off the pitch and put into the reserves box for the remainder of the drive.
