Tournament Rules:
This is a league-style tournament which means injuries and fatalities do carry over from one game to the next. Players earn Star Player Points and will improve the same way they would in a league. You also roll for income and FanFactor so basically the normal sequence for league games is followed. Teams may continue into the final months of the BUBBLE league-season 2025 and you, therefore, may earn a spot in the Play Offs. We ask you to register your team via our team page @tourplay. The progression of your team will be handled by tourplay, tournament rankings and stuff will be handled via Score!
Team creation:
You will get 1.000.000 Gold to create a team.
Please use an appropriate way to make clear which player has which skill. Skill rings or bands are advised.
Pairing:
Teams will be paired at random for round 1 and after that Swiss pairing will be used, randomising between people with the same amount of points.
Scoring:
W5/D2/L0
Tiebreakers will be used for final scoring only: Opponent Score; NETTD + NETCAS; Head2Head, If still equal after that: dice-off, best of 5. If still the same after this, bribes will be necessary.
Both coaches have the responsibility to finish their game within the set time limit. When the round ends before your game is over (i.e. the 'Hurry Up Song' is over) NO MORE DICE MAY BE ROLLED. You and your opponent will have to agree on an outcome or the organisation will do so for you. Chess clocks are available but downloading an app on your phone won't hurt. We will be quite strict on this aspect of the tournament.
Proxies & Unpainted teams:
Proxies are not allowed. Your miniatures should resemble what they are supposed to be. If it looks like a goblin, it should be one. Positionals should be easily recognizable, preferably with colour-coded baserings.
If in doubt about what you are planning to bring, please contact us beforehand.
Dice:
Please use dice that can be easily read from a distance. You must always let your opponent roll with your dice if he wishes to do so.
Agree on what is a cocked dice with your opponent before the game starts - or use a dice cup/tower to avoid this problem altogether -
Probability calculators:
Coaches are not allowed any apps or devices to calculate chances during their games.
Team Roster:
Rosters should be submitted to the organisation prior to the tournament.
How to register:
Drop Dave of Michel a line via the email adres on this page or some other communicational way.
